If you're worried about packing on the extra pounds this holiday season, researchers say drink more coffee, or in our case, pop more Punch'd Energy!
The study was conducted by scientists at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and published in the Journal of Functional Foods.
It found that drinking four cups of coffee (equivalent to 4 packs of Punch'd Energy) daily could reduce weight gain from a diet high in fat and sugar.
