Two now, two in three hours, two more if the day goes sideways. Caffeine has a half-life of about five hours whether you wanted it to or not, and a 200 mg can at 4 pm is a decision your 11 pm self did not get a vote on.

It goes where you go

No cooler, no cup holder, no half-warm can rolling around the floorboard. A pouch fits in a shirt pocket and it is TSA friendly. It does melt above 95°F, which is why we do not ship on summer weekends.

A cup of coffee can run 113 to 247 mg of caffeine, by the FDA's own numbers, and the shop isn't required to tell you which one you got. An espresso runs "about 80 mg," says Europe's food-safety authority, with the same footnote: it varies. Ours tells you to the milligram, every time.
